I bought these for my husband who was working in extreme heat during the summer. He had been getting a lot of leg craps at night due to being dehydrated. He doesn't like the packets of hydration mixes that you add to water bottles because they tend to taste salty or clump. He said this drink tasted good and it helped him tremendously. It kept him hydrated and free of leg cramps. Definitely recommend for those working in hot areas!

I really don't like drinking water but I get weak if I am not hydrating enough, if I haven't slept enough or forgotten to eat. I keep this in my home and car. It tastes great and is only 50 calories. Makes me feel great. I don't like regular Gatorade but I love this stuff.

I play aggressive Pickleball and used to run short of energy. These rehydration drinks help me sustain energy levels and feel much better during longer play. They are lower in calories and have a good mix of electrolytes.

I bought this by mistake, wanted the Gatorade P1. Has a different taste I didn’t like, but was ok.

I bought this item for my husband who is currently going through chemotherapy. It keeps him hydrated & he enjoys the flavor.
