I'm only 1/2 way thru the first pack of these, and I already feel better. I can honestly say, I used to not be able to eat any dairy at all - but now, it's wierd. I've tested it out by adding whole milk/half n half to my coffee, eating cheese, etc. Either there is NO reaction at all, or it's very minimal. I still try to avoid the foods I'm not supposed to eat as a Type O, but I really feel these are helping.In terms of my allergies, this is crazy too. I've been on allergy meds that weren't really working completely. I started taking these Type O supplemnents, and it's like I could stop my allergy meds altogether. It's not entirely cleared up, but there's a noticeable difference. Also, noticeable, is that I forgot to take them a couple days and my energy level is soooo down. I'm going to give these another month just to form more solid conclusions, but if you're going to buy vitamins anyways, you might as well at least try these.Oh! One more thing. I tend to not take vitamins that make me want to hurl (ie calcium and multis). I've wasted so much money on great vitamins that I can't keep down. The Right 4 Your Type vitamins are all capsules! They're so easy on your stomach, they don't have any taste - they're the answer to my vitamin issues.Like I said, I wanna test them out for another month before a final conclusion. So far though, I would highly recommend you try them.

I have been taking the vitamins for 4 years now, in addition to following the foods to eat and foods to avoid. I am sleeping better, overall digestion is better and the ridges on my thumbs which I have had for my entire life are less rough. When I skip a day or two with the vitamins I feel tired and run down. Wish I would have found the secret to my health a decade ago.

I felt amazing while using these vitamins and I never felt the sick feeling I usually get with others. Only thing I did not like (hence the 4 stars) is how many pills were required each day. I don't like taking pills to begin with so this was like overkill for me.

I've been trying all types of vitamins and supplements because I've just not been feeling good at all. I've had some success with the other vitamins and supplements, but these are awesome. I can't even describe how good they've made me feel. It's amazing becasue I felt bad for so long, I almost forgot how good it felt to feel normal. My allergies are better, my energy level is great and I don't feel tired all the time like I used to.

I have really noticed a difference since I have started using this product and loosly following the Type O diet.
