I like these, I don't like feeling like a geriatric patient having to take many pills. So I usually take a couple in the morning and couple after my workout. Helps to prevent muscle soreness for sure

These are awesome for taking after your hardest workout that normally leaves you without being able to walk from soreness. I feel way better after my Solid Core classes taking these and being able to function as usual the next few days.

My son has sickle cell disease which affects his joints with childbirth like pains. After one chew, the pain is more like a numbing pain that is tolerable.

I prefer chewables to swallowing capsules so I thought I'd give these a try. They smell great, are nice and chewy...but have an odd taste. They are grape, with a medicinal quality to them. Not awful, so I will still keep taking them.
