The Best Box Trap uses the same guiding design principles as all our patented wood boring bee traps. The trap naturally draws in carpenter bees without the aid of pesticides or harmful chemicals. The exterior is made entirely out of pine wood, which is preferential to carpenter bees. Once the carpenter bee enters the trap, the angled entrance holes block the light. This results in the largest light source coming from the bottom funnel. Like all insects, the carpenter bee will fly towards the light. The revolutionary funnel stops clogging and quickly directs carpenter bees into the bottom receptacle. The funnel can attach to any standard plastic bottle, or a standard mouth mason jar.
