As a diabetic I love using these for all my shoes. Keeps from rubbing. Sticks really well, provides a little comfort and cushion. Keeps me from having any sores on my feet when I have new shoes

I love them, however find that they don’t stick too well. Adhesive can be reactivated if you wash them in liquid soap and water.

Lets be real, they're too expensive, but I liked the shape and thinness over all the other options. They're good if the shoes you got are your perfect size (very little wiggle room) but rub against your heel too much. I got the assorted color pack only because the all-black pack wasn't able to ship to my location for some odd reason (never had this problem before). I've had these on my ballet flats and ballet heels since Sept of 2023 and they haven't peeled off. I will still get redness/irritation on my heel, but nowhere near as bad as they were before.

I bought these for my daughter’s horseback riding boots because they were giving her blisters. They did not stick well to the boot and only lasted one use. I’m not sure if they didn’t stick because of the shoe type (boot vs flat or heel) or if they just didn’t work well. I have one set left and I’m gonna try them on a different style shoe to see if it works better. Otherwise I was kinda disappointed. They are very cushiony and squishy though!

I have a bone that sticks out of my heel and rubs when I wear shoes. I bought 3 pairs and put them in my various tennis shoes. I can now walk comfortably without feeling any discomfort!

not really sure what the deal is but these do anything but stick to your shoe. i can tell how the gel cushion would be really comfortable but the glue must be faulty or something

Definitely added stability to my mom's shoes. Her feet are different size so I'm always having to add a little bit to one of those shoes. I started by putting one section in there. It fits nicely and it doesn't really ever fall out! I've used these five or six times and only one time do I remember the seal not being perfect but that might have been a issue related to dirt or moisture. In any event what I like about this package is you can just add one section at a time and let the person try it out for a day or two because as I've noticed people's feet swell and then they get smaller depending on how much they are walking around and sweating or depending the winter or summer. So it's really great to have these and I appreciate the fact that it comes in the multipack and I think you will too.

Not enough glue to stick on, yet enough glue to make a mess of my posh red socks, fell off the first time I used them, by which point I had blisters.

I bought these because one of my sketchers runners with the knit type inside had a hole in it after only a dozen wearings. The covered the hole and solved the problem. I have used these before on shoes that gave me blisters and they work well.
