Really sturdy, use it every day
I love this piece of equipment - it feels very solid, and I use it all of the time. It doesn't get in the way either despite being quite chunky.

Reebok training platform
I bought this a few years ago, as I have a very high opinion of Reebok kit. My wife has the original reebok step. This unit is heavy, solid, adjustable and good as a step ( too high for my wife as she is quite small) but fine for me. The provision for placement of the Reebok strength tubes is good and makes it a reasonable platform for basic strength training. I love it and heartily recommend it.

人間の筋肉の70％は下半身にあり、下肢筋肉は第二の心臓と言われるほどに血液循環には重要な機関。一番良いのはウォーキングや階段の上り下りだが、それを一瞬で叶えてくれるのは本品である。ウォーキングに行くには着替えなければならないし好きな時間に中止することも出来ない。しかし本品なら10分×3回といつでも運動が出来る。高さの調整も簡単だし安定性も抜群。因みに我が家ではぶる下がり器と併用している。ぶる下がり器の踏み台にもなるしとても便利！
