I am in the same boat as you, I sized up and got an 8 and they fit well but a little loose. If you’re thin I’m sure a 7 will fit but I’ve never had any issues with the 8 and they’re still just as comfortable. Order what you’d normally order in any shoe, they’re pretty true to size.

Son muy cómodas, aunque aconsejo ponerles plantilla, no pesan nada. Yo calzo 24.5 (Méx) o 37.5/38 (eu) pedí una 38 y me quedaron holgadas, nada que un calcetín no solucione. Fue muy buena compra!
