Damage to a corner of the frame
Alas mine also arrived with damage to one corner of the frame. It looks otherwise to be a good piece but given it was well packaged, it must have left the factory in this condition, which really isn't acceptable. Since I need it imminently, I am going to have to live with this and hope the recipient doesn't notice.

Great Upgrade for Certificates
Excellent upgrade to certificates gives it a plaque finish, but you don't have to send it off. As someone who is often having to give rewards, it's a marvelous way to make our presentations look professional, intentional, and branded to our organization! I'll be stocking these in the office.

Perfect, suited for purpose.
I brought this for a friend's retirement, and -- wow -- fantastic quality, easy to add a certificate or doument and yet giving a good, snug fit for the document. If you have a special occasion to mark and you want something with a little more flair than an engraved plate, this is your top choice. It is a good value for the price.

Did not receive the correct item, terrible packaging.
The gold one is beautiful and fits 8.5x 11 paper perfectly. I would give 5 stars for it if I actually received the 2 I ordered instead of one and another clear one lazily thrown into the box. The clear one I received, instead of the gold one I purchased, is ugly and does not fit the paper as well at all. To say I am disappointed is an understatement with how much I paid to get two of the gold ones. I will never ever buy again. Such a waste of time.
