AlessiSantiago Cutlery, 5 Piece Set, Silver

Flatware arrived promptly in a sturdy box. It was as flawlessly beautiful as I expected it to be. The seller even followed up with a post-delivery email in case there were any problems. Excellent all around!

After months at looking at flatware patterns, we finally decided on this one. Architect designed, this is a truly unique pattern. It is surprisingly affordable… very comparable to what you would pay for stainless flatware in a department store. The forms are simple and modern, but very easy to use on a daily basis. At first I was not sure about the 3-tined forks, but we have found them to be excellent. The pictures do not do this flatware justice… the knife especially is a thing of beauty in real life. This flatware has a nice heft to it, and all of the pieces are very well balanced. Alessi recommends hand washing, but says that the flatware is dishwasher safe. This is our everyday flatware, and it has been washed many times in the dishwasher and still looks great. Highly recommended.

The cutlery set is amazing! It’s not going to chew your food or warm it up if it’s cold or cool it down if it’s too hot... but man... these look so good. This is actually my 6th set but worth the money.

Modern & elegant design

Only one thing may want to be aware, the small fork and spoon is really small, much small than the picture

My wife and I purchased these as a wedding gift for her brother. I am happy to say that he and his wife are very pleased with the silverware some 6 months later.

The two pieces I did receive, the knife and the soup spoon, are lovely. Alessi is well designed quality. However, the fork, the dessert fork and the tea spoon was missing. This is theft FROM WITHIN YOUR COMPANY!!! The first attempt at ordering this, all five pieces were gone, and the top of the package cut open. This time, the envelope was well sealed, but the thief emptied out the box inside of three items. I'm not returning these and hoping the third time would be the full set, because the third time, pieces might also be stolen. Again, the quality of the product is good, but you have a thief in your cutlery warehouse. I will only order from the company in the future.

I bought the set to see if my husband will like it better than the Alessi MU that he bought earlier. And yes, this one is different, nice designed, practical, knives are sharp, and a joy to look at and use. I will buy more sets but somewhere else as we can find it cheaper.
