Rough opening dimensions of this skylight are 22"x 22". Flange to flange dimensions are 25" x 25". Skylights are made of high performance thermoformed polycarbonate to be long lasting and easy to clean. Skylights include care instructions. Skylights include a 10.3 oz tube of approved urethane sealant that must be used with installing. Sizes available to replace most original equipment. Inners white obscure (no window) or a clear window dome. When choosing a Skylight, measure your rough hole opening as well as the overall exterior size. Purchase exterior Skylight and inner garnish separately.

Good replacement for old cracking skylight
This sky light seems to be great quality. Replaced the old plastic style sky light that was cracking. This seems to be much more durable. Install is easy. The sealant that comes with it is a glue that goes between the roof and the cover, it is not the sealant that goes over the screw heads so plan accordingly.

Quality and great price
Nice skylight. Came with a tube of SB-140 sealant, you will need to get some butyl tape. I purchased a 30 Ft. roll here on Amazon. Keep your old screws or buy new ones if needed, this does not come with any. Install was simple, the hardest part was removing the old one. Just take your time if you have a rubber roof.

Came on time and was returned because I ordered wrong size. Seems a little thin and the flange seems brittle.

Good replacement
As other reviewers have mentioned, the flange is 1/2 shorter then OEM. Provided with tube of appropriate sealer. decent price.
