I love that this gave me just more real pain relief than all the really expensive ones I've used--including one I was fitted for that cost a fortune. I was barely functioning because I couldn't sit OR stand without pain due to sciatica and a herniated disk. This brace got me back on my feet and able to work at my desk as well. Fit perfectly, doesn't show under my clothes--save yourself some money and just go with this one.

Works good if you have lower back issue. I've had back issues for a very long time. especially when I drive. Five min. into driving I start to have pain in my lower back. My room mate has new 2025 car with lumbar support driver seat. Helps out so much. My car..NO. I took a chance on this product at a store near me and luckily it has helped so much. This helps my lower back when driving and at work. I wear this everywhere I go. I only take it off when I'm at home. Only down fall is sitting down with it on. It starts to fold and over time it becomes uncomfortable due to the folding of material. It's difficult to keep it from folding on you. Other then that, I highly recommend this product for anyone that has lower back issues.

Recently started having back pain at night so I'm looking for a way to alleviate that issue. In the meanwhile, I purchased this brace to help. I wear it each night to bed. I'm a side sleeper, and the brace is comfortable. As advertised, the brace does not get too hot. I'd know, because I like to be as cold as possible when sleeping. I still have back pain in the morning, but none at night. This is likely an issue beyond the capacity of a brace to resolve.I was initially concerned about fit when I ordered this because I'm about 32" waist which is at the low end of the product specs. However this brace fits very snugly and has the capacity to tighten even farther.My only gripe is the lumbar pad. I've owned several brands of back brace, and I greatly prefer the type that push directly on the vertebrae since those style of pads seem to offer more relief. This pad has a gap in the middle so that pressure is only applied laterally to the vertebrae, which to me seems less effective with pain relief and a feeling of support.

I sustained several spinal cord injuries and herniated LV-4-5 and S-1 and S-2 including neck injuries. Case in point I'm constantly in pain. Over the last 6 years I've tried all sorts of back braces. Sadly all have not worked. They sag, velcro wears out, metal plating doesn't hold up, bends, or creates moisture from sweating etc. Walking or doing simple things around the house, light yard work was unbearable and within 2 hours time my back was on fire forcing me to sit down and pop pain medication. This brace is the real deal! light weight, easily concealed, no trashcan fit around the waste. No rigidity, no ridding up or slouching. It stays in place and is extremely comfortable and inexpensive. Since my purchase I can walk gingerly for 4 to 5 hours without discomfort. Prior it was 2 hours max. It takes a beating and keep on ticking. Not surprising its an Ace. Don't let the simplicity of its design fool you. It simply works. No Bs .

It is simply a life saver. Great product. A stabilizer.
