GLORYBREW 36ct Compostable Coffee Pods - Plastic Free K Cups for Keurig

OMG!! It is Soooo Freakin’ Good! Just got the 3 pack variety pack today and tried a cup of the dark and extreme dark roasts. Wasn’t sure I would like the darker roasts before I bought it, but thought I’d try it out!! Wow!! Very smooth, not acidic. Very Yummy! Waaay better than that other S******k’s brand!! Have only tried one each of the 2 dark roasts so not able to comment on the exploding pods issue. Plus I made a small puncture into lid before placing into Keurig to prevent that. From what I’ve seen in other reviews that issue seems to be related to that type of pod, no matter the roaster/company. Hence, puncturing a small hole before placing into brewer. But, Man! This coffee is truly great!! And, the fact that it is environmentally sound in so many ways (especially compostable) is a major plus!! BTW: I DO also have a stainless steel k-kup reusable pod for my brewer as well. Which I love, but on days when I’m in a rush, it is so much easier to just drop in a pod and grab a cup of coffee! This is made for ‘such times as these’! Gonna check out to see if they offer just beans as well!! Really! (Maybe its the caffeine talking), but don’t be afraid to give it a try!

I was getting tired of the run of the mill mass produced Hazelnut K-Cups as I have tried a BUNCH! The Hazelnut flavor was either too strong or the coffee just out and out sucked. This one was the first in quite a while that hit it out of the park for me. The Hazelnut flavor is just right, the coffee flavor is a light to medium roast that doesn't taste like it was roasted in a pit of rotting garbage. Can you tell I am a little bitter about some of my previous K Cup experiences? The fact that the pods are compostable are a nice touch but neither here nor there with me as I do not have a garden so I don't get the added benefit of letting my garden smell like used Hazelnut K Cups. In any case, I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a decent tasting, decently priced Hazelnut flavored coffee K Cup.

Really good coffee, strong with a great taste. The only thing I can complain about is that none of the pods have what kind it is. They aren't labeled, they ALL just say Glory Brew. This is a problem for me since I have a canister I put them all in and seal. Also, this is a problem for people that use the turn style type holders because you still won't know what kind your grabbing. This is the first time I bought this brand I didn't realize they weren't labeled so I put them in the canisters and now I don't know which ones I like because I messed up and took them all out of the bags

The Duke flavor is very good, smooth, fresh, and doesn’t have off or odd flavors like the plastic K-cups do to me. Based on flow and grounds quantity, I grt the best taste and strength on the “6 oz” brew size. An using the Keurig without the digital screens, the v1.0 so it recognizes any pods. Have ordered them 7 times already, they taste fresh and good. I use a chip clip to keep the foil bag closed once opened. I really like Peet’s coffee, if they made bio pods like this I’d buy them too. For most of these biodegradable pods I’ve noticed the coffee comes out a little weaker unless you run them on the 6 oz. size. I think water flows through them faster than the plastic pods do, so you get a weaker cup unless you use less water.

I use an iCoffee machine and these work wonderfully. Zero grounds in my cup and we're already on the second box. Coffee pods are sometimes hit or miss with flavor and depth. I was very pleasantly surprised with the flavor of this brew! Very rich, very bold and tastes like real coffee, unlike some pod brands floating around the market. These don't taste watered down at all. Price is fair and roughly $4 more for the brand I would purchase from the store for a pack of 32, however there's 4 more pods in here than those, so it equals out. I'm not one who drinks a ton of coffee a day, but I do drink it daily. Living alone, it's easier to have a single cup brewer than make even half a pot and have it go to waste. I'm obsessed with these since I can now have guilt free coffee every morning and not obsess and get anxious over how much plastic is being disposed. Buy them, you won't regret it!

First, I am not so much a fan of Starbucks coffee my preference is the local coffee houses and artisan roasters since we have a lot of them around town. I am in walking distance to at least 5-6 coffee house that brew locally roaster coffee. Now with that said, I was actually quite impressed with the taste of these pods. Actually quite surprised that on the first sip, I said wow that’s pretty good coffee. I bought them for vacation home to have on hand since we have a k-cup brewer there now. The coffee pods brewed nicely in the machine and come in a resealable pouch. Yes, they are priced slightly high than some of the other k cup pods but it was worth it.

This coffee is amazing. We tested a variety of K-Cups that are partly or fully recyclable/compostable but these ones are the only ones that taste good and do not need complicated or time consuming hands on work before you can toss them. I am a coffee nerd and these beans are perfectly balanced in taste. Mild, not bitter and strong in taste. The only K-Cups so far where I actually change the setting to 12-14 ounces to enjoy my coffee even longer. There is only one minor thing I noticed: Don't keep the cups in the machine long after brewing. They are pretty hard to remove if they are entirely soaked. A more robust and stable ring on the top would make the handling even easier. But I guess this is the disadvantage if everything is completely compostable.

I was looking for a replacement for my beloved San Francisco Bay Coffee pods that I've used for quite a while since Amazon wasn't offering them on subscription anymore and landed on Glorybrew. I love the filter-bottom, minimal-plastic cups for my Keurig, which was one of the reasons I used the SFBC pods for so long, so I was excited about the Glorybrew pods. I bought a variety pack with the Duke, the Knight & the Noble. I'm in the middle of the package of the Duke pods and I must say the coffee is DELICIOUS! Can't wait to try the bolder versions for the taste. But I'm less than happy with the quality of the filter bottom of these pods. Six of the 8 pods I've used have blown out the filter, leaving me with a coffee cup & a coffee maker full of grounds. I really wish the pods were better because I LOVE the coffee.
