After a Q-Tip incident, I quickly ordered this $20 device in hopes of saving $$ for an ear specialist to tell me if cotton was stuck down in my ear. I didn't have much hopes in regards quality for this price, just something visual. But to my surprise - the picture quality was really great! And it took video as well. Pretty nifty little ear tool! I totally recommend it!

I am rating this highly because it did just what I needed it to do, without any fuss and at a great price. My ear was entirely blocked and I could not hear well on that side. I had tried drops, softening with mineral oil, and flushing with water and hydrogen peroxide, and still could not get all the wax out. Doctors have advised me against putting anything smaller than my elbow into my ear, but in the past they have had to use tools to pick out wax and it went okay. I was desperate for relief and felt like if I could see what I was doing, I could safely dislodge the wax. Enter the Bebird.The tool is very lightweight, and smaller than I had thought from glancing at the photos. This is a very good thing--it makes it easier to hold and maneuver with one hand. Connecting via wifi was straightforward, if slightly slow. Before it will work, it seems to require waiting for and confirming a notification about the device not providing an internet connection. But once connected it was rock-solid, with no lag. The picture is clear and bright, though it can take a moment for the camera to adjust the focus/exposure as you move it through the ear and encounter ear hairs. I found the best results with using one hand to hold my ear up and back while piloting the tool with the other.The screw-on tip feels secure and gave me confidence that it would not fall off in my ear. It is coated with soft silicone, and is gentler than hard plastic alone (or metal!). You could definitely still injure yourself with this, but it's a little harder to do. It really helps to soften the ear wax with water or wax removal drops beforehand, even for several days in a row. It makes it stick to the walls of the canal much less, and pulling it away from the walls can be quite painful when it is very stuck-on.The camera and LEDs are exposed to the air without a lens over them, which I did not realize at first. I rinsed the very tip of the tool with water and then found the picture was all blurry. When I realized my mistake I wiped it well with alcohol and a clean cloth, and when it dried everything was fine again. Battery life claims to be about 30 mins, and when fully charged it was enough to take care of both ears.With this tool I safely accomplished what I had failed at for several days using other methods: removed the whole, entire chunk of ear wax (in several pieces). It is very reassuring to have visual confirmation by camera that all the wax is out.The tool does not seem like it's built for the ages. The exposed camera and LEDs and lack of water resistance are worrying, but given the very low price I have zero complaints. For less than the copay to go to the doctor's office I have fixed my problem in the comfort of my own house. Thanks to the Bebird.

I would say, I disliked nothing about this product. So satisfying ! Was reluctant to see an ENT, until I seen this on Amazon. I was searching for something else entirely. However, ecstatic I seen this and decent priced. Completely addicted! I’m cleaning everyone’s ears…I’m on the way friend…..:)

Awesome little device, and the scraper tip is removable. I do not use the tip as it can very easily damage the thin ear canal tissue, irritate the inside, or perforate your ear drum. I was surprised by the clear picture quality. This is great for someone who has chronic ear issues like myself, but also for my pet’s ears as one of them is prone to ear buildup deep inside his canal (Ask your vet/YouTube/research how to properly clean animal’s ears before trying this, I use this tool to look- not clean). I use it to look at my teeth up close, as well. I feel this would be a very useful tool for people with children. My only complaint is that is took about two weeks to arrive.

My daughter is on chemo for a tumor that collapse her ear canal. She has had tubes put in since she was 2.This removal kit is a game changer in cleaning our gunk and water from her ear canal! I can even take pictures and video to send to her medical team!

I woke up with my ear hurting and ordered this with one day shipping. My son helped me. In minutes he had this ball of wax out of my ear. So worth it!

Continue to see update: We struggled a little getting it hooked up but it wasn’t too bad. The camera turned on right away and it was awesome. Did one scoop of the ear and the camera went out and we have not been able to get it to work since.Update: they saw my review and sent me a new one for free, no exchange or return. It came in about one week and works great! Awesome customer service!

Bought this on sale. Have had a lot of ear wax issues. A little tricky to set up with your phone. It works great! Easily got all the wax out! great camera. Better than my doctors office!

This is not my first BeBird and this is a lot cheaper than the other BeBird I have. However, this works perfectly fine with video that is quite smooth (outside of very brief choppiness that disappears after the first second or two of connection) and easy to use. Image quality was just good enough to see inside my ear and that's all I need from this: it's not like I'm printing it out and framing it.I do not go deep inside my ear but am still able to get a lot of earwax out with this that has hardened and found this to be very satisfying to use.
