Alright
Pads are fine but the metal hardware doesn't fit my Mazda B3000 well. They technically fit, but the piece in between the brake caliper (that's facing the rotor) sticks out a lot and actually touches the rotor. It's also wider than stock so it doesn't fit smoothly. Doesn't come with any lubricant either.

Good quality for the price
This is the second set of Wagner QuickStop pads that I've put on my truck, they last a long time even under severe conditions (I pull a lot of weight with my truck on a regular basis) and they are quiet. The clips that come with them are good quality and didn't rust. Can't really go wrong with these pads.
