Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 64-Ounce Bottle

I’ve been using this brand for over 20 years. Love the larger container since we cook Asian food very often. Its lower salt content and reasonable price works great for us.

Great value for your money on a brand name product. It's a name you can trust to be good. Soy sauce has a lot of uses besides just stir fry. Marinade is probably the second best use. A general seasoning to add flavor, color and salt to a dish.

In my house, this is a salty sea breeze in a bottle, just gentler on the tide. Whispers of umami pirouette across your palate, never shouting. For flavor that flirts, not floods, low sodium soy sauce is the charming rogue of condiments. We put it on white rice quite often and it seems to have a shelf life of forever.

Large jug at a decent price. Holds up well on the shelf if you use a lot like my family does. Way more convenient for cooking than the table size bottle. Lower sodium than the original, with all the flavor.

This was a great value, and easy to pour. I wanted a larger size because we got through so much soy sauce. I’ve been pouring from this jug into a smaller glass that I keep in the fridge. Hopefully the larger jug lasts a while in the pantry!

Great flavor, and reduced sodium means you can use more of it for a richer flavor, without going overpoweringly salty. The flip-top cap does work to fill bottles in a pinch, but for best results you'll want to screw the cap off entirely and use a funnel. So make sure you have one handy if you plan to fill smaller bottles. Make sure you store it upright however, because once the safety seal is removed, it is NOT perfectly watertight. It will drip slowly but steadily.

This lite soy sauce has become a must-have for my cooking. I appreciate the lower sodium, and the large 64-ounce size makes it very cost-effective.
