Wood Lathe Chuck Accessory Wide Jaws Set

Item arrived quickly, well packaged, as advertised, and sold at a very good price. Jaws are well-made of sturdy cast aluminum with bumper mounting holes precisely machined, and fits my VINWOX SCR4-4 Scroll Chuck perfectly. Jaw set comes with two sets of eight bumpers (short and long) and mounting screws. It happened that one of the long bumpers was missing from the set I received. I corresponded with the seller (SpeedForceUSA); they responded within a couple hours offering an entirely new set of jaws and bumpers since they do not carry the bumpers separately. I accepted their generous offer, and received the new (complete) set of jaws/bumpers in only two days! I now have several spare parts which should last me a very long time. I've used the jaw set a few times and find it to be a very good product from an excellent seller.

I am just a beginner woodturner, and this chuck is great for me. Solidly built, runs true, easy to use. So far, no issues. Good value for money. A centre punch is a nice bonus. I didn't need a thread adapter which was also included. Very pleased with the product.

Works well on smaller projects, but only can handle diameters less than 4 inches. I liked the price and $10 off coupon and free Amazon Prime Delivery. Good value for the money. Seems well made and sturdy.

This fit perfectly on my lathe and it helps the work piece nicely. It can be a little challenging to tighten down at times since it does require two hands, but for the price, I can't complain. I have not been able to get one of these chucks for a long time because I could not get myself to spend the money. This chuck was affordable so I bought it to give it a try. I think it's great.

After struggling to center the chuck on my old 12 inch Craftsman lathe, I decided to look for a new self-centering chuck. This chuck is remarkable. It is a heavy chuck for the size and the pinions performs perfectly to center all the jaws simultaneously. The price is very reasonable and the quality of the workmanship assures that this chuck will last many years. It holds my wood in place securely.

The media could not be loaded.  First off, I love that I didn’t have to overpay for a good quality gear chuck! Second, I love that it fits perfectly on my WEN benchtop lathe! And best of all, it holds its grip well!Was absolutely drenched in grease in the box so no worries about rust. A little excessive really as there were grease spots on the outside of the box, but I guess better safe then sorry.The ONLY downside is that sometimes the key will slip a little when tightening. The teeth of the key are not as deep as I’ve seen on other chuck keys.Overall, I really love it and would definitely recommend!
