Mealworm Wheat Bran Bedding and Food Source by Snout and Shell

The bran meal is for mealworms purchased and makes a great bedding that they do eat, though they love potatoes and carrots for food, likely for the moisture. Repeat customer.

I buy bags of bran regularly for the super worms that I care for until they become food for my slider turtles. I keep them happy with bran bedding, carrots and paddle leaf cactus. I treat them as humanely as possible since they are giving up their lives to be food for my turtles.

I have a small mealworm farm for my chickens and I use this as their bedding, last a fair amount of time for the price!

I purchased this specific bran because it was advertised as 9 pounds...... 9 pounds for the price and needing it in a rush was my main reasons. I was sadly mistaken when the package arrived and it was barely 2 pounds worth of wheat bran. I needed the bran and didn't have time to wait on more to be delivered and I have yet to find wheat bran in bulk locally, so I did not return it. But I will NOT be buying this one again. Way too expensive for the amount you do get.
