I'm using this Tansozer Gua Sha long bar in place of my massage stick (ms) and foam roller (fr) on my lower body so calves, quads, hammies and glutes. I find it gives a deeper and more targeted massage with less effort than the fr/ms. It's got a decent weight to it without being overly heavy and that means less effort is required which is a good thing.I'm using it fairly gently to begin with and finding that my legs are recovering better from football and cardio workouts than with the fr/ms. Just 5 minutes of light to moderate pressure is all that's needed, whereas with the fr/ms, a lot more pressure and effort is required to get deep down into the muscle tissue.If you're worried about the red bruising that gua sha therapy can cause then don't because it's all related to how much pressure you apply and you can actually get great results without going crazy. This is a very good quality item that is built to last and excellent for use on the lower body. If you're using a foam roller or massage stick for that purpose, this gua sha bar will give better results with less effort...... your legs will thank you. The only negative, if I can call it that is that like a massage stick, it can't be used on your back without assistance, whereas a foam roller can. If you play any field sport (football, rugby etc) or are a runner then this is an essential purchase in my opinion. Also comes with a good quality storage pouch to keep it clean when not in use.I paid £40 for it and can't find any other long stainless steel gua sha bar for this price so can definitely recommend this one.

Good tool easy to use looks good quality

I am a massage therapist and have been using these tools for a long time. This one is very convenient - I recommend it.

I generally use a much heavier and larger tool however found it a bit cumbersome with my smaller massage clients this is great and has plenty of edgea that are great for working around the ankle, patella, wrists etc

A nice basic tool to carry around. I use a lot in my IASTM sessions and it is quite good. I still prefer to use the "name brands", but it will do the job if you don't have the "big boys" around. I have "M" size hands and the tool is a little bit big to grip for me, so consider this when you buy.

I like this due to the relief it brings, and its performance is great considering what is on the market, but there does need to be a much larger build as it can affect hands. .. it is worth the money for those who need the relief and can be kept around as a usefully nippy tool that can be transported easily.Hopefully a larger build comes out to cover the full back, and to make it easier for the holder .cover handles for the weak if needed

The only thing is not written correctly is size. Length of this product is 5" inches and in the pictures it states 6.5" inches... Which is incorrect, and I ordered the item because it states 6.5" inches length of this Gua Shaa tool.Please correct the description on the picture. Thank you
