My supplements are for maintenance and preventative measures so it's hard for me to say whether things do anything most of the time. Well, this is one of those cases. I don't notice the supposed benefits, but nor have I experienced any adverse reactions.I do like that these pills are easy enough to take, and that they have less fillers than what your average supplement brand uses.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 2/3 full.If used as directed it will last one month.The "best by" date on mine (THANK YOU for putting it on the side!) is Jul 2025, so just under one year from now.There is no real scent or taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says manufactured in the USA. The product page also says non-GMO.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. The product page has information on the company founder. Their coremedscience site is functional and informative, with more information on the founder, Dr. Popa. They also have their phone number on the site, and their 90-day money-back policy.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am impressed with this supplement (including that they don't use the fillers that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know about refuse to), and the company. I have been taking an ALCAR supplement off and on for the last few years. I will occasionally encounter a brand I like more than another, but I haven't been able to identify much of a difference between products other than format and price.I have typically been taking it in capsule form, but have also experimented with powder form, which has advantages if you don't mind the extra work (it's often cheaper). Many capsules also include one or more other supplements, which is the case here with the added ALA. Although ALA is a supplement I was also taking previously, I can't entirely replace another supplement with this product as the numbers are only a fraction of my daily ALA supplementation.The benefits of liposomal delivery may be worth it for you. For me, I will likely revert to a powder format or different capsule brand that is just ALCAR in order to have a lower price per serving.
