Iwata-Medea Air Hose

This hose will connect the typical standard air brush threading found on Iwata and GSI Creos air brushes and standard air brush accessories such as moisture traps or quick disconnects (1/8th inch BSP) to the standard threading found on most pneumatic hoses, compressors, and air tanks you find in a garage or workshop (1/4th inch NPT).If you are attempting to adapt an airbrush to such a standard pressurized air supply, you only need to find a way to adapt your female NPT end to your supply. You can find NPT fittings and adapters easily at your local hardware store in the US. Once you have this hose, you should be able to get it hooked up without waiting for any additional online orders for strange and rare adapters to come in.The hose itself seems to be of good quality and each end uses o-rings, which should provide a tight seal without the need for teflon thread tape or thread sealant.

The fittings on this hose were exactly what I needed. This enables the connection of an airbrush to my existing array of compressors. Control the air pressure and moisture, works like a charm!

Many of the reviews I read mentioned it was stiff. Glad I didn't pay attention to them. I got mine and it is fine. It is new stiff but very flexible to use right away. I have been using Iwata products for over 35 years and have some hoses that are probably that old. Don't expect it to be like it is those. The quality is there and expect it to last for many years.

The 19/64 drill bit photo that someone else uploaded works perfectly. No leaks at all. All the other reviews about leaks just didn't know that trick. Hand tight with no tape and no leaks. Exactly what I needed for my Iwata airbrush

The media could not be loaded. El producto en realidad se ve de buena calidad, No podría escribir aún una reseña sobre la funcionalidad y desempeño que tiene la mangera. Sólo la he ensayado una vez y no tengo ningún tipo de observación. Lo que me logró molestar bastante es que, en la fotografía donde se promociona el producto se ve que uno de los extremos viene con la medida exacta para conectar el aerógrafo (1/8) sin ningún otro tipo de accesorio. Sin embargo, la manguera en esta ocasión llegó con ambos extremos iguales pero con la medida más grande, o sea con conexiones de 1/4" lo cual no era lo que esperaba y me obligó a conectar un adaptador para reducir la entrada a la medida de la rosca del aerógrafo y poder usarlo.
