Great watch
This watch is awesome! Tracks everything I am interested in! My blood pressure, heart rate,And oxygen level. Plus sleep habits. It looks great and charges well. Definitely recommend.

The basics that I wanted!
My FitBit bit the dust and I didn’t want to spend the money to replace it at this time. But I really needed a watch that could fairly accurately count my steps, be readable out in the sun (on yard duty,) and give me fairly accurate data on how much sleep I get. I’d like to say I needed the data from my exercise program but I’ll be honest. When I do get that health journey started, this will be a good help. For now, I really like the features, the size/legibility, ease of use and most of all - the battery life!

I purchase a MorePro smart watch in August 2022 and a prong on the charger broke, so I couldn’t charge my watch.I contacted MorePro support Kayla the support person who I chatted with got a new charger sent out to me. THE REAL STORY
I initially bought this watch for 2 reasons --1. The fact that it allegedly offers tracking SLEEP - as a Naturopathic Doctor I wanted to know how I am sleeping especially my REM sleep2. Hate the Huge Square - Arm consuming shape of the Apple Watches -Liked the shape of this watch ... Classy and have received many compliments re it's sharp shapeHOWEVERThe other side of the coin is set up is not easySecondly... One thing I HATE about it is they have taken the control away from the owner and the face of the watches changes to a face that I do not like and do not want - and cannot seemingly control what face I want on my own watchFinally and most Importantly - on my watch the Sleep Report - quit on me in less then a year...I bought another - one more try - hoping this one will last the Sleep Report and the shape were my major reasons for purchsing this watch...YET ... I also purchased one for my Husband as he to was excited about the Sleep Report - and his watch from the get go - The one area THAT DOES NOT WORK AND DEFECTIVE FROM THE BEGINNING IS THE SLEEP REPORT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL ON HIS WATCH...We are trying one more time - if the sleep report malfunctions again...Well, their competitors will profit from their inadequate design!!
