They all were the right weight. No physical damage. Put them in my son's Thomas trains since some of the knock-off ones weighed nothing and kept sliding off the tracks. These were a bit rusty looking when we got them; definitely doesn't look like the picture (hence minus a star). The rust didn't easily rub off on your hands from normal handling, though.
