I stopped to look at the challenges in my life as stepping stones instead of stumbling blocks. Excellent read from an incredible individual.
Two thumbs up! Will recommend to everyone that I know. Definitely worth your time to read through. Very valuable. I will buy this book in hardback or paperback so that i can keep it, write notes in it, and pick up when I need a little nudge.

Easy Way of Exposing Yourself To a Book that Can Change Your Life
My son read the book, and I was able to have a more or less intelligent conversation with him after reading the summary.Frankl wrote about the attitudes that had to be developed in order to survive and cope with life and death uncertaintywhile imprisoned in a Nazi concentration camp. The book teaches you how to make the most out of the life you have tolive by living in the present moment. That is what life is: a series of present moments.

Fast/Reads: Man’s Search for Meaning
One of the best books on Frankl every written-regardless of length. Highly recommended to all. C.A.Eaton (Frankl’s doctoral student 1972-1973)

Must read for every thinking person.
Great book, answers the question most everyone asks themselves at one tome or another. This is a handbook to keep at your bedside for your entire life. Obviously this review is redundant, there are ONLY 12-15 million copies or so in 35 languages. If you have not read the book, then you might be missing out some possible answers to questions you have regarding your being.

An excellent summary of the original book.
Excellent read. I began reading the original book this summary was based on, and gave up half way through. Too wordy and detailed. Frankl often took a paragraph to write what could be said more simply. This summary (25 pages) "nails" the main points, and I loved it. Yes, it's about finding YOUR OWN meaning in life. Recommended.
