My only complaint is that the vent at the hose elbow sometimes pushes air back into my face. You might need to deflect it with a piece of cloth or something that redirects the air without limiting the flow.

This was an awful headgear. The air continuously flows out and makes a whooshing sound all night long. I could not pull the covers up around me as the sound of the air hitting the covers was very loud. The hose would twist and the air would blow down onto my mouth and chin. The hose detaches too easily. It would get caught on the covers and I would wake up with no air flowing because it became detached while I was sleeping.Unfortunately I bought this as a backup so didn't start to use it until after the return window or I would have returned it the first night. I used it for about two weeks but had enough and went back to the original Resmed P10 head gear. Much quieter air flow and does not detach. I sleep so much better now.

The headstraps do not have a lot of play in for a larger person. My hat size is 7 3/8 (or 7 1/2) and I use all of the available strap length. That said it does fit comfortably on tightness.The straps are quite thin/narrow though, I worried about durability but after a few weeks they are holding up. You have to purchase the nose pieces separately and you don't get all 3 sizes like the original ResMed head piece packages provide. The complimentary nose piece is slightly difficult to orient to get a good "click"/seal, but once accomplished it fits surprisingly well, no unusual air leaks.This is no quieter than original ResMed headgear, not sure if slightly noisier, you have to position carefully or you can hear air striking your pillow (my old one got to where it was the same).It has been durable for a few weeks, and cleans fairly easily. Some of these say don't use a UV cleaner so watch for that. I've been tempted but not gone that route.I bought the large nose piece. That size fit me best on the old one. I wonder if Medium on this might not be better, for me, as the Large seems, well almost too large. Since they charge quite a bit for each piece I'm living with what I got.In all, buying both parts isn't really a much better deal that the original from a local DME company, but you don't have to dredge up your old sleep study to get these purchased like many DME companies require, so all in all, a fair value, not a great one in my opinion. I'm happy to answer questions if you have them, this wasn't very extensively rated so a gamble for me. It is a better deal than others offering the original set here on Amazon from what I could find.

It's okay but that big buckle on the strap is a problem for sidesleepers. It presses on your head after a couple hours and starts to hurt. I swapped it out for another that I had but the connection is a bit different and my strap doesn't quite fit right
