There are a lot of electrolytes in a packet format on Amazon, so I decided to look into a bunch of different options amongst the top sellers and the ones with the most reviews. I put them all in an excel and looked at the concentration of each ingredient, if they have carbs or sugar, and the price per serving. Hi-Lyte's was by far the best: the highest concentration of ingredients, no sugar or carbs, cheapest serving. After I ordered it I was pleased with the taste: it does not taste fake or chemical, nor it's overwhelming.

I bought this product as a mineral supplement. It has given me more energy and made me feel substantial better. It has been helpful in relieving foot and leg cramping. However, it is very salty. It is better when cold but still very salty. Not enough to make me not drink it but my significant other won’t drink this flavor

I am ecstatic to have finally found a great tasting electrolyte powder!! I’ve been on the hunt for a low to no calorie powder for a while now, I’ve tired Ultima, Biosteel, LMNT, Key Nutrient, Nuun, and none of them tasted good to me, always having a weird aftertaste. I love Liquid IV, but I am on a keto diet and the carbs and sugar content (I know it’s to help absorb water quicker) are just so high for my diet. If you love Liquid IV are looking for something lower in calories and carbs, THIS IS IT! The taste is very similar to that of Liquid IV, without the nasty aftertaste or grit sitting at the bottom of your cup like Ultima and Key Nutrient seem to do. As someone mentioned before, yes, it does taste like a Gatorade, so if you’re not into that strong of a flavor, LMNT or Nuun might be worth exploring if you haven’t already. But I’m so thrilled to have found a product I actually like and don’t have to worry about the calories and carbs putting a dent in my daily allowance. Customer for life!

Heavy mineral after taste

I have bought these hydration packs 12 times (completely verifiable) and the last time will be the last. I used to love the great balance of sugar and salt that was used in the old formulation. But the new formulation tastes disgusting, and the new shrunken size (as you can see in the picture) makes these extremely unaffordable now. I'm so disappointed, because I definitely was a fan. People just can't just leave well enough alone!

Yum!! I need extra electrolytes and fluids in my diet due to dysautonomia, and I have a hard time finding electrolyte drinks that contain enough sodium. This has the perfect amount, tastes great, and is definitely worth the money. I also love that the ingredients are simple, and that there are no added colors. The lemon-lime is a bit sour, but personally I like that, so I don't mind. 100% recommend!

Great value for the money, dissolves quickly and tastes great. Great for hydration.
