Includes exclusive first-hand account of the 2020 Galwan clash An army medic who went beyond the call of duty amid a frenzy of treacherous bloodletting in Ladakh's Galwan while his fellow soldiers fought the Chinese to death; the crew of an Indian Navy destroyer that put everything on the line to rescue hundreds from Cyclone Tauktae in the Arabian Sea; an Indian Air Force pilot who ejected from his doomed fighter less than two seconds before it hit the ground, only to find he was missing a leg. This book presents their accounts, or of those who were with them in their final moments. India's Most Fearless 3 features ten true stories of extraordinary courage and fearlessness, providing glimpses of the heroism Indian soldiers have displayed in unthinkably hostile conditions and under grave provocation. Review: Just an excellent read! - Caution - Do not pick this book if youโre suffering from another bout of insomnia and think reading it will help lull you into sleep. - Having followed this book series, must say that the narrative in this edition has been the best so far. But, I am sure the authors would contend that the valour and sacrifices of the living and the fallen just makes it easy to pen down these stories. - Insider Accounts: The book contains some previously unreleased information and describes first hand accounts of people involved in few of the most crucial military operations conducted in recent times, thus, making the book a compelling read. You will get a taste of this right at the beginning when reading the first chapter on the Galwan clash. - Life of a Fauji: The book brings to fore how challenging the life of a soldier can be, whether in the face of the enemy or otherwise. You will read about the externalities at play when flying a fighter pilot to display of courage under fire. The imagery the lines evoke have you constantly ponder what it would have been like to be there. - People left Behind: As enthralling as these accounts of courage maybe, every other chapter quite gracefully captures the sentiment of those left behind. Stoicism of military families must be appreciated, but their sense of loss must never be negated by the society in the name of patriotism or be described as a glorious eventuality in service to the nation. Shiv and Rahul have done a great job in reflecting upon the life of the fallen through the lens of their loved ones, their aspirations and sentiments. I for one will keep my eyes and ears open to hear about stupendous things Lt Nitika Kaul, w/o Maj Dhoundiyal, or Abhinav, son of L/No Sandeep Singh, do in the years to come Review: Mind boggling stories ( anacdotes) , makes one a feel proud citizen - Inspiring and well-written book that helped me improve my English while learning about real-life military bravery. The stories are gripping and full of emotion. Each chapter pushed me to become mentally stronger and ready for future challenges. I felt deeply motivated by the courage and sacrifice of our soldiers. The language is clear, powerful, and easy to follow for learners. Perfect for students preparing for tough exams or anyone needing a boost of courage. A must-read if you want to improve your English and grow stronger inside.

Best Book on Indian Military
Let me begin by saying it is a must read for all Indians as we get to know about the supreme sacrifice our soldiers make on the line of duty. This book accurately represents the nature of armed forces and the people serving in it. Defence aspirants will get a first hand account of what it takes to serve in the armed forces and most importantly this book talks about the families of the fallen soldiers and the horrors they faced which will never be accurately portrayed in the media. That heart wrenching pain can only be experienced by reading books like these.

The best of the 3 books
Superbly written, one can actually picture oneself in the situation the soldier's were in and relate. The narrative has been improving from Book 1 to 2 and 3. Brings out true colours of courage, fortitude and bravery in the most undulating situations. Must read for all generations and should be part of school and College curriculum as well.

Good read
Overall the book is interesting and inspiring. Some technical terms used need more explanation as it would create better context to understand the stories.

Overwhelmed by Galwan Valley Clash
I purchased this to read the Galwan Valley Clash Incident. I was earlier reading this book of Vikram Sood "The Ultimate Goal " it mentioned how nation construct narrative and propaganda. The Chinese provoked India with all the propaganda and preparation before the clash happened and backed it with a made up narrative of 20 Indian Army casualties vs 4 chinese one. How ridiculous is this.... After reading this book You will feel every ounce of being a proud INDIAN majorly because of the most fearless and elite TROOPS. Jai Hind Vande Mataram.

A MUST READ
Author Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh have done an excellent job of writing down unimaginable military stories of some of the bravest heroes of the Indian Armed forces. The book is very well written and quite detailed. I strongly recommend everyone to buy this book which takes you through ground-based action. The book begins with a detailed first-hand version of the Galwan valley clash and moves on to narrate some of the fiercest combat operations between Indian soldiers and Pakistan-backed militants. Apart from this the book also narrates stories of heroes who presented exemplary presence of mind and bravery while doing their duty to the nation. I strongly recommend everyone to read this book. ๐๐
