The Best Ever Italian Cookbook

I had looked at this cookbook at a friend's houseand it. Unfortunately this one is an earlier edition. The print size and the book itself are smaller and somewhat difficult to read. Most of the same recipes are there though so that's good.The condition of the book is good. I'm just sorry I didn't take the time to ask about publication date.

I am the type of chef that needs the visual inspiration of what the finished dish looks like and the book delivers. Pictures of not only the finished dish but all the preparation steps as well. I have used this book for the last 5 years and was just looking online to find a copy for a friend. Great real Italian recipes but with ingredients you can find in the US. When I ask my husband what he would like to eat the next week, he just says " anything out of your Italian cookbook I like".The Meatballs with Peperonata, Turkey with Marsala cream sauce,Talgiatelle with Bolognese sauce, Roast Lamb and Ricotta Cheese cake are just a few our the favorites.

The book I purchased is somewhat different to the book I was expecting, I have a friend with "the best Italian cookbook ever" book and is different in size and contents to the one received!!!I believe an image of the item for sale should be placed on the web page and better descriptions of the item would be a help!!

Great book easy to follow. Loads of interesting well illustrated recipe's.
