It was deliverned un broken, within 5 days. Can't say if it really helps me sleep or not.Did not seem to be messed up in any way.

I didn't feel much from this herb. Had a hard time falling asleep and so did my friend. Waste of money. Still on the search for something that can turn off an agitated brain.

Other hops extract supplements I have used taste bitter like hops. This one, which is supposed to have only two ingredients, the gelatin capsule and hops flower does not taste or smell like hops. I opened one up because it didn't look or smell right, and indeed it didn't taste right either. It tastes like nothing. It is hard to believe that it is not just rice flour or something. I think I got the placebo. I don't trust it. Am I missing something?

This didn't help much with sleep but the real clincher side effect was that I gained weight taking these. I think because it raised my estrogen. Hops are the most potent phytoestrogen found to date, fifty times more potent than the genistein in soy. I will have to stop taking these, none of my clothes fit. I have been taking these 4 months.
