The perfect luggage for me!
I love my luggage! I got it for a trip to Thailand for 2 weeks & traveled all around & all kinds of flights. It is sturdy & light weight & held up perfectly! It’s so easy to push & just glides! The zippers are the best I have ever seen on luggage! I love the design & colors of this luggage too! Only thing I would change…I would make it expandable. I thought it was kinda pricey, so I waited till I caught it on sale. I did buy clear covers to protect the outside while traveling & that was a great idea! Really impressed with this brand!

Excellent, durable luggage
I spent a lot of time researching suitcases for a recent trip to Japan with several hotel changes and luggage transfers. I ended up purchasing four bags, two different quality Delsey bags and two same quality TravelPro hardside checkin bags. This one was the winner. I was really happy with the toughness of the exterior shell, as well as the stability of the handle and smooth glide of the wheels. The shell did get some scratches and marks, but I expected that with the chosen color and with the amount of transferring that occurred on this trip. The thick zipper could be tricky to zip which could be annoying to some people, but I found it to be extra secure and tough. I did have a zipper tooth misalignment issue with another brand’s bags which did not happen with the Delsey bag. Overall I was really happy with the quality of this bag and the price that I paid. I expect to be able to use this bag for several years.

Perfect carry-on
This is the perfect carry-on for a quick weekend trip. Surprisingly fits at least 3 outfits with an extra pair of shoes. Cute color options too. Great roller wheels. Lightweight. I may buy another for my daughter!

Cracked, white gets filthy
UPDATE: The Delsey Paris customer service was phenomenal and shipped a brand new replacement suitcase to my door (in brown, as requested).. I simply submitted pics, the serial number, and the receipt. Im blown away by their responsiveness and generosity. I highly recommend this company.1: Cracked at the wheel attachment area after two years of use. Luggage repair place said this was game over. If the suitcase is cracked where the wheel attaches, there’s nothing to attach the wheel too, and the suitcases is useless.2: White color suitcase gets filthy after each use being on conveyor bolts at the airport and the baggage claim area. I had to scrub it down after every trip to keep it presentable looking.

Not durable.
I purchased this for a trip to Europe this summer. It's very cute, had great reviews, and figured it would be perfect for what I needed. I gave it a test run on a short domestic trip this spring break to FL. This was the very first time I used this bag. I got the bag from baggage claim and realized it wasn't wheeling well.... Then I realized one whole corner of the bag had caved in. Again.... One short domestic flight and it didn't last. I understand that airlines can be rough on luggage, but literally the first time ever using it. 🤷When I reached out to Delsey, they only said that they would offer a15% discount on another purchase. No thanks. I'll find something more durable for next time.

Thin material shell
This is a nice piece of lugguage, but it’s concerning how thin the shell is. I’m concerned it won’t stand the conveyer belt rumble tumble and dent or break. I’m not sure what the purpose of the double teeth zipper is? To prevent easy access? Otherwise, it’s a little fumbly. The inside is very nice, with zippered compartments, I just don’t like that the straps aren’t elastic and need to be adjusted manually.

10 years global warranty. High quality finishing. Quick delivery from US to Singapore. I have an older version chatelet air 1.0 which still looks relatively new after 5 years. Got the chatelet air 2.0 this time. Trust Delsey to make good luggage.

Wrong item sent
I ordered this suitcase in brown, and instead it was shipped in white and a size smaller (the carry on size) which I already own. The suitcase itself is great, I already own the carry on, but the seller did not provide per the description above.
