Winware ALXP-1318 Aluminum Sheet Pan, 13 x 18 Inch, 2-units

Seems to be a great quality for the price. I've used them twice now for making sheet pan dinners and they work great.

This is a baking tray with heft. It is sturdy - you know how if a sheet is really thin and flimsy you can fashion yourself a makeshift whammy bar simply by waving it around? That twangy sound that could either earn you a position in a Depression-era band or getting yelled at by your mom? Yeah, this sheet doesn't do that. It's so fantastic I bought one to sit underneath my fridge to serve as a catch pan for overflow from the defrost drain line and it even excels at that. Five stars all around.

I was honestly blown away by the quality of this half sheet pan for the price. It is absolutely restaurant quality, it is so nice and sturdy. It's so shiny and perfect that it's almost hard to use it for the first time because I didn't want to mess it up at all! For someone who bakes often, I'm in love with this, and if you bake at all, absolutely buy yourself this sheet pan, you won't regret it. I like the thick rolled edge it gives a nice grip to hold on to when you put it in and take it out of the oven, and it keeps it from bowing and wobbling around at all. Very sturdy very solid and high quality.

These are great pants, however in the description the country of origin states USA. The label on the pans states made in China. Hence, 4 stars instead of 5. Please correct!
