May I never need this but glad to have it
I live in an older apartment on second floor where the bedrooms are on the side of apartment away from the doors. I bought this just in case I ever have electrical fire in the front room I won't get trapped. I pray I never need to use it and hope I have the strength to climb down if I do but sleep better knowing that it's under my bed just in case. Seems well made and best I could offer as review.

Bought this for my daughter they have three kids and live in a two story house I hope they never have to use this but if the worst happed at least they would be able to get out
