The Tooth Fairy Hardcover – July 10, 1995

Another great Collington book with no words. My four and six year old grandchildren love this book. The creative uses the fairy has for teeth and the drawings that show those uses, as well as the process the fairy goes through to leave the token under a child's pillow is great. My grandkids also like the fact that the story is a little different every time. They enjoy telling the story along with me, noticing different details on each page.

I'm a piano technician and I love that this little fairy has so much in common with me. Too bad it's out of print. My nieces, nephews, grandkids all need a copy of this book. It's a picture book without words but suitable for older kids as well.

This book is not in good shape. I just noticed my return window has expired. We you still accept return.

Every house should have this book. It's a real gem.

I found this to be a darling book. It shows a loving relationship between a little girl and her mother as well as alleviate the mystery of the tooth fairy. As a young child (I am a first grade teacher with a grown son), I saw what I believed to be the tooth fairy. I never forgot it, it made such an impression on me. Young children love fantasy and "little" things, so for most children, I believe this to be an enchanting departure from the usual fare of books dealing with the fantasy world adults create for children. I was surprised to think that another reviewer would compare this topic to poaching of ivory. The child "wants" the tooth fairy to visit. Many children try to stay awake with the hopes of a magical glimpse of the tooth fairy. This beautifully illustrated book helps to "answer" the fantasy questions that children want to explore. Even when they no longer truely believe, many children do not admit it, so they can continue to enjoy the fantasy world. Imagination and fantasy are wonderful things that indicate high intelligence. We grow up soon enough and put these thoughts aside for reality. This book is a beautiful treasure for children and even adults. I love this book!

Book in decent condition to read to a youngster. Nice cover, good shape, affordable.

梱包がビニール包装だけだったので、背表紙が折れ、破れてしまって残念。中をめくると最後に工作出来るページがあるんだけど、既に切ってあって残念。切り後を綺麗に始末してあればまだ許せるけど…こんながっかりな事は初めて！もう買いません。
