KUYOTQ 3LBS/3.3LBS/2.2LBS Weighted Heavy Training Basketball 29.5/28.5" in and Outdoor Improving Handling Dribbling Passing Rebounding Skill Composite Size 7/6 Weighted Training Basketball Equipment

In the past I've owned rubbery and hard to dribble weighted balls that didn't truly help with the dribbling motion. This ball is by far the best in the market from my experience. It has a nice feel and bounces well so you can actually go through dribbling drills. It's a 5 star in my opinion! I own 3 and plan to buy more at some point. Give it a try!

Well made and a great workout at the same time

Meets the standards for a weighted basketball.

I bought this basketball to improve my sons dribbling and shooting skills. I was looking for a heavy ball that would feel like a regular ball in terms of size and bounce. This ball met my expectations and more. It is made of composite leather that feels soft and grippy. It has a good bounce and a nice sound when it hits the rim. It weighs 3lbs, which is about twice as heavy as a regular ball. The ball is great for training your muscles and developing your strength, speed, and accuracy. I use it for drills, practice, and warm-ups. It makes him work harder and sweat more. I can feel the difference when I switch to a regular ball. His dribbling is faster, shooting is smoother, and confidence is higher. The only downside is that the ball can be hard to control at first. It takes some time to get used to the weight and the feel of the ball. It can also be tiring to use it for too long. I recommend starting with short sessions and gradually increasing the duration and intensity. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this basketball and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to take their game to the next level.

Bought this for local college team and they love the ball

Great balls 2.5 3 pounder I've ordered probably about 7 throughout my years I give some away to most of the kids when it want to get training so great balls are trained with I love shooting with it haven't lost around the world game in 2 years shooting with this ball come at me get something

Great for building shooting strength for distance. Shooting free throws with this ball require similar level of effort as an NBA three point distance shot with a normal ball. I try to use this ball for shooting practice 30-60mins once per week. Too many days might hurt. Supplement with Creatine monohydrate and Protein in the morning and evening. Normal ball feels/shoots like a ping pong ball after this, but your normal shooting feel returns after a few minutes.

I love this training basketball! I got this for my youngest daughter who wanted to start playing basketball. This weighted ball has helped her refine her dribbling and strengthen her upper body for shooting and ball control when in a pivot. Definitely worth the money and looks/feels like it has durability! This is a great choice for beginners and seasoned players who want to get stronger with the ball!
