The story is contemporary which is good. Liked the twists and turns in the plot.

Wow, I just can’t get enough of these great tales by K.L.Logan. She is amazing story teller with a positively brilliant mind. I find it a challenge to keep up with the myriad of characters and find myself backtracking often to get a refresher on so many dynamic characters as this series expands. I love discovering layer upon layer of complexity in this action packed series and am thankful for how Katherine continues to develop the rich story of each of these couples and their epic life story.

Loving these stories with their time travel and mysticism threaded alongside love and lust, deep bonds and adventures throughout each story.

Everyone of this series is about different members of the family but all have unique circumstances and plots. Love them!

What a fascinating and fantastic story! Not time travel but enough mention of it in the story to make me wish that time will fly to Autumn/fall and bring the next book sooner. Thanks Katherine for the pleasure and enjoyment you have given me, I am sure all your readers will feel the same. If anyone reading this hasn't read any of the series I recommend you get the Ruby Brooch and start a wonderful journey.

The first thing that stood out to me in this book is how much detail the writer had for so many topics! She gave so much detail! Ms. Logan's writing made me think she was either an expert on the several topics or she definitely did her research.It's probably been over a year since I read Book 4. This story did a good job of briefly recapping the relationships in the first 4. So much so, that I believe the reader could start here and make discoveries along with the main character. However, the reader will get so much more out of reading the first 4 before this one.I love how the book wraps up with a hint as to a future story. It makes me anxious to go on to the next book. I won't be waiting another year!
