The media could not be loaded. During the delivery period (Aug. 12th) we were out of town hence delivery boy has been delivered to our neighbor as per our instruction. We came back last week only. When we opened the case yesterday everything was perfect but unfortunately the gas lighter doesn't work even if we filled gas in it and which seems to be totally dysfunctional. We are aware that the return window has been closed on the last 21st. However, we couldn't used the lighter even after atleat one time. So would appreciated if yoy please arrange for a replacement if possible.Thanking you and regret for the inconvenience caused.

I received this lighter on March 7th, and it stopped working by March 20th, leaving me disappointed and questioning its quality. There was no clear information about a warranty, which makes me feel like I might have wasted my money on a product that didn't even last two weeks. Buyers, be wary and check for warranty details before purchasing.

works good for a month bought in feb and in april its battery gone dead it can't be replaceable now so its totally waste first few weeks works good but later as battery becomes low its of no use

It has stopped working after 8 months of use. Inspite of the gas being present in the lighter, it doesn't produce any flame. Very disappointed. Another drawback is that it is not possible to refill the gas without leakage.

I saw many lighters in this category but cheap and best quality .With a refill . Worth every penny!
