The best etouffee in a jar !
So this sauce is AMAZING! We first had this in NOLA. We liked it so much we found it at the airport and bought it to take home. It is the most simple delicious meal you will ever have. All you do is sauté your shrimp until almost pink with butter it says 1 stick but 1/2 a stick works just as well. Then add the sauce and let thicken for maybe 10 min on low. Serve over rice, or we use cauliflower rice sometimes as well. Make sure that you get some good bread to dip in the sauce! Delicious 😋

Delicious with a nice kick!
Both of my parents are from Louisiana and it's difficult to find decent cajun food in Texas, lol. I added a crawfish to the roux and it was delicious! I bought it a second time. It is a bit on the spicy side. By kiddos couldn't eat it without a lot of garlic bread.
