The Strawberry Hill Set: Horace Walpole and His Circle

For anyone with an interest in Horace Walpole and his gothic house at Strawberry Hill, this is a fascinating account of the man through his friendships. I ended up by really liking this eccentric 18th century dilettante. Although at times the book is clumsily written it is a good story well told.
