Excellent alternative to tin foil!
Fab! Was using tin foil to remove my gel nails which I found fiddly and a pain in the butt. I use cotton wool as this holds the remover far better than lint free wipes, pop the cotton wool on and add the clip, fantastic! Really cheap too as these are reusable. They haven't bleached either from the remover. I also use on my toes although not big enough for the big toe, for that I just revert to tin foil. Delivery time was as expected, came we'll packaged and none were broken. Excellent product!

Better results by wrapping nails in foil
My honest opinion is this: they're okay. They're incredibly cheap, which is probably what appeals to most people - and what appealed to me, too - so if you want to buy this product then I'd say go for it, because even if you hate them you've really not spent much money. But for me, I'll be going back to just using cotton wool and foil.I really had two problems with them, the first one being that I found that they clamped my fingers too tight, and my fingers ended up losing circulation and went numb. When I first put them on, they felt comfortable, not too tight at all, but after about 15 or so minutes my fingers lost circulation and it was quite an unpleasant experience having to keep them on for another 10 minutes after that.As for their usefulness in soaking off gel polish (which is what I used them for): I would call it mediocre at best. I'm not sure if there are any official instructions but I soaked pieces of cotton wool in nail varnish remover that contained acetone, put the cotton wool on my fingers and closed the clamps around them. Pretty much the same thing that you do when soaking off gel polish with foil. The only real difference here, however, was that after 20 minutes in foil and cotton wool, the gel polish that I use is cracked and can be gently scraped off. I've used the clamps on three separate occasions for 25 minutes each time, and for some reason only parts of the polish came off. The rest of it was still stuck to my nail and had to be re-soaked in foil and cotton wool. Like I said, no idea why that is as I used the same gel polish, the same nail varnish remover etc. as when I soak off gel polish in foil, but for whatever reason the clamps didn't work well for me.The bottom line is, these clamps are cheap as hell, so if you want to try them out I'd advise that you go for it, because you're really not wasting much money. But if you're frugal or not willing to spend the money for whatever reason, then my advice is not to, just in case they don't work for you either.

so much easier than wrapping your nails in foil
A local salon used these instead of wrapping my fingertips in foil (to remove gel varnish) and I thought it was so sensible and better than wasting all that foil. I bought some for myself, so I can remove varnish myself to change color or before going to the salon, which cuts the time of my manicure in half!

Really handy and very good for the price !
This has changed the way I remove gel nail varnish forever!! The clips are not too tight and perfectly hold in place the remover-soaked cotton wool. The end of the clips are big enough to use comfortably even when you have these on the rest of your fingers and are on the last one! definitely a lifesaver - makes removing gel nail varnish easy, hassle free and less mess! They don't discolour even when used with acetone removers.

Great!
These are great and so much better than the tin foil method. The clips keep the pad saturated and so you don’t end up with half the acetone running down your finger. They really don’t cause any numbness even after 20 minutes. Value for money is great. The clips do come from China though so expect to wait a few weeks for delivery. I would definitely recommend.
