Perfect For My Hypothyroidism!
I bought these mainly because I saw online that they help with hypothyroidism. These are very tasty, fresh, and not overly salty. I only eat maybe 2 or 3 of them a day for the health benefits and a great snack! Will be buying again.

Nuts have a crunchy wood quality, and the salt is just right.Given that brazil nuts are hazardous if you over dose, you should take them sparingly. The resealable bag is of the standard cheap type. It's not air tight. I'd recommend transferring to a container.Pricing is pretty good. A pound is worth $19, but if you include the shipping cost, then this product is cheaper unless you bulk buy to get free delivery.
