Fixed my old battery
Third battery I've fixed with these boards. All cells read around 4v but would not work in drill. After replacing board work great. LED's are a bit dimmer than factory. but still visible when looking straight down. I soldered all connections (including the 2 that were spot welded). Only problem I've had is my impact has a impact level button, and if i don not use the drill for a minute, the drill "forgets" what mode it is in. I'll need to press that button before the drill motor will spin. This wasn't the case with the factory board, but still a good solution to replacing the entire battery.

Failed
This worked for about a week and then failed.Update: after sitting here for a few months I decided to open the battery back up and see if I could figure out the issue. The inside of the battery looks like it has been laying outside in the weather for a 100 years with built up corrosion on every contact point. Upon further testing with a multimeter the center cell is completely drained while the 2 on either side have readings averaging 3.5v. So in closing this board completely destroyed what was left of the battery to never be repaired again, but I guess the plastic housing is still a viable piece.

Works great
Had to scrape down some of the plastic at the bottom to get the internal parts of a Milwaukee 9.0AH to fit, but I saved a $200 battery. The case was damaged on mine so I bought this to fix it.

5.0AH Only
This is only for the 5Ah batteries only, doesn’t work for 6Ah or 8 Ah

junk board
Without the charger having a regulator on it i think it would have destroyed the battery because it the lights would say charged on the battery but would keep letting power into the battery so no charge protection, would not interface with the charger or tool properly, so charger would always say charging and the tool will drain the cells completely dead and ruining your battery because the board wont stop the power after a certain voltage drop like it should when it reads a signal from the board itself or from the tool.

Awesome
Exactly what it says it is

Works ok for the price
Says a direct replacement but it isn't. Have to trim housing to install factory battery pack, and the battery connection tabs do not fit like factory. Since my case was busted I trimmed the new case and my pack fit

Worked, until it stopped and took out the charger
I was pretty happy with this at first because it worked, but that didn't last long
