Cats are obsessed - we're going on lion number 5
I don't know what it is about this toy but both of my cats are obsessed. They have a toy box that I dump all their toys in and no matter what, the first and often only toy(s) they pull out is/are this little lion. They are very good at murdering it. I've gone through four disemboweled lions and am just about to order poor number 5. Sending up a little pre-RIP to this new guy.

Very cute
It crinkles, it eyes light up and tail is long. Only thing is was expecting it to be a little bit bigger then it is. It is more for small cats or kittens. Still a very good item

My cat loves these toys.
This toy is well made. My cat loves the flashing eyes. This toy has a scrunchy body that my cat loves but is not too noisy. He throws it up in the air and has a blast. Great toy at a fair price.

Nice, but doesn't have any of the advertised chemical effects
The packaging mentions that it should affect most cats, not sure if it's true. As a toy it's nice.

Cute
Kitty chases this very well. He is not a retriever cat, so you have to get it back yourself! LOL. But it is cute and a fun toy.

Shorter than I thought but made well
I definitely bought this thinking it was going to be 4 inches longer than it is, and was a bit disappointed. I wanted something my cat could really hold lengthwise and kick at. It seems to be made well, but he hasn't shown much interest beyond sometimes batting it around a bit or dragging it by the string. It actually spooked him when I first put it out upside down so points for realistic fur on the back, I suppose?

eyes light up there is crackle paper inside, heard when pawed and played with by cat
Our lemur arrived in good condition. Its eyes light up and blink when it's moved by cat pawing it. Toy is 11 and 3/4 inches long, with body being 3 and 3/4 " long (by 2" wide), and tail being 8" long. After you pull the tag which enables the battery to work, the eyes will light up and blink upon shaking and moving the toy. This toy is soft, with a large, round head and a flat body which has crackle paper in the middle. Our new snowshoe Siamese cat likes it, so I have already purchased a 2nd one to put aside as a back up toy. It's not a favorite toy so far, but it does get played with, so we'll see how it goes! It seems durable enough for a cat that is not too wild with toys, and with the lemur's flat body, little ears, and long tail, there are quite a few places for cat claws and teeth to grab when playing. I rank durability a 4 as I suspect that the middle will eventually come apart, but the value for the cost of the toy is fair, so I am satisfied.Update 04/26/20 Oh Nooooo! I'm so disappointed that the Amazon worker put my 2nd Lemur cat toy in an envelope with a heavy 1.88 inch, 45 yard roll of duct tape which had been ordered 2 days after the lemur order. The lemur should have been put in bubble wrap prior to sending with something that heavy. Unlike my first one, the center of the new lemur was damaged from packaging, and has been mashed totally flat. You can barely hear any crackle. The cardboard that the toy is attached to actually has a curve from the duct tape shape, and has bend marks marring its shiny painted finish on it, showing that having put the lemur in with the duct tape is what damaged it. Usually Amazon packs more carefully. Unfortunately my cat seems disinterested in the blinking eyes of the first lemur, but likes the crackle paper, which is pretty much absent for the 2nd one. The cost is too small to consider a return to Amazon, so I'll probably just drop this 2nd one in our bag for charity.Caution: If you purchase something small or fairly delicate from Amazon these days, you might want to avoid ordering heavy items within maybe 4 or 5 days of the heavy order. With the new delayed shipping, and maybe new employees, there is a much greater chance of delicate things being combined with heavy items ordered a little earlier or later than those more fragile items.05/12/20 update: I gave the damaged one to my son for his rescued cat. His cat went crazy playing with it, so I purchased 2 more.

Nicely made thing
Our cat is a bit bored of it now, (hence 4 stars) might need to attach it to a string or something!

Not fan of the tail
I have a energetic kitten who is hard on his toys. He enjoyed this one at first. It took him a couple weeks to damage it.The damage that he caused was the tail. He managed to bite off and swallow about 3 inches of the tail. Thankfully, it passed through his system about 12 hours later. I cut off the rest of the tail from the toy as a safety precaution. If you have a very active cat, who likes to “kill” their toys, please keep an eye on the tail. It is made of a thin fabric that rolls up.He still plays with it, even though it is now tailless. He also seems to enjoy when the eye light up.

Three stars for the idea
Zero stars for kitten interest. My 7 month old kitten could not care less about this toy. When the eyes flash, when I make them flash, given she doesn't approach the toy herself at all, she sniffs it once and walks away. Zero - interest. And this from a kitten who can amuse herself endlessly with a bottle cap and a clog. The idea is a good one, but the execution needs work. Maybe make it bigger, and make the eyes red like laser pointers. It has possibilities for sure.

Cat Loves It
My cat loves this toy and you can actually throw it like an airplane. But the wings are a little twisted so it doesn’t land very well. Overall a good toy
