We chose this bottle steamer as it had multi functions. Ordered it a week after our baby was born and it dint arrive coming up to 3 months waaaaay beyond the sellers promise delivery time. Yes we are in the UK but sellers pro.ise time should be adhererd to. When we tried to cancel which we had every right to do as the delivery was dragging on, the seller couldn't allow us to do that.Anyway a month in it was working OK, and them all hell broke loose, it started to play up we had to switch on and off buttons to start it and it just took our time, imagine having to deal with a newborn and then an expensive machine that just work the way its promised to. If you want stress free days please I advice u to avoid this exact "hauture" bottle steamer, I couldn't be anymore disappointed. We then decided to switch it off for a whole day thinking it was over worked (which shouldn't be the case as it was still very new) it definitely tested our patience levels. So we devices a method not to turn it off from the mains and when we wanted to use it, it was ready to start.. afew months down the line it just stopped nothing we did helped so we've decided to give up, at this point I think it's useless to even stress ourselves to ask for refund as we are drained and since the couldn't let us cancel when it was delayed why would they even bother refunding us. Story of our lives, our baby is growing well so we will have to wash them the old way, we survived dint we???? Please choose another brand if u want stress free days especially dealing with a newborn. NEVER AGAINI can't give them a negative star so had to click one hesitantly to be able to proceed but please consider that a minus. Wouldn't recommend this steamer to anyone.UK customer
