I recently purchased the ZYFA backrest pillow to help improve my posture and alleviate back pain during long hours of sitting at work. After using it for a few weeks, I have mixed feelings about this product.On the positive side, the pillow is soft and comfortable, providing good support for the upper and mid-back regions. It has helped me maintain a better posture while working, especially when leaning forward. The quality of the materials seems decent, and I have noticed a reduction in back pain since using this pillow.However, there are a few areas where this backrest pillow could be improved:Lower back support: While the pillow offers good support for the upper and mid-back, I found myself needing extra support for my lower back. I had to use a folded blanket to achieve the desired level of support in this area.Not suitable for relaxing: The pillow works well when you're actively working and leaning forward, but it becomes uncomfortable when you want to lean back and relax. This makes it less versatile for different sitting positions.Size considerations: The pillow takes up a considerable amount of space behind your back, so it may not be suitable for chairs with a smaller width. Make sure to measure your chair before purchasing to ensure a good fit.Not ideal for car seats: Due to its design and the discomfort experienced in a resting position, this pillow may not be the best choice for use in car seats.Overall, the ZYFA backrest pillow has helped improve my posture and reduce back pain while working at my desk. However, it has some limitations in terms of lower back support, versatility, and compatibility with certain types of chairs. If you're looking for a backrest pillow specifically for office use and have a chair with sufficient width, this product may be worth considering.

The pillow is very soft and nice. But this will be useful when you are working (leaning forward) not in relax mode (leaning back).Support is good at back but should have given extra support at lower back. I am using a folded blanket to get additional support for lower back.This is not useful for car seat as this pillow uncomfortable during resting position.It occupies good amount of space at the back, so not recommended for small width chairs. Make sure your chair is broad enough.

The media could not be loaded.  The pillow comes in my favourite ice blue colour , it has a elastic belt you Vm can wrap it behind any chair. It holds the chair tightly. The pillow is shaped just right. It helps in perfecting the posture, quality is soft and right, it support the back and helps in pain relief

Love this product. The quality of Memory foam is amazing. Gives constant support to back and helps in pain relief as well. The shape is perfect to assist everyone. Additionally the elastic strap makes it easier to fit on office chairs as well.

QUALITY IS GOOD

Due to back ache I ordered this pillow to support my back while working. The strain on the back seems reducing with this back support. The best part is it can be placed on whichever seat i want.
