- Tent Dimension in inch: 40" (L) x 40" (W) x 56" (H)I would not recommend this tent it smells so bad it has a plastic tarp for the floor. The off-gassing is terrible for indoors. For sure: one of two problems. 1- You may have missing pieces from the pole set... Check the inventory sheet to make sure you have all necessary components. Contact the manufacturer if pieces are missing. 2- You may have assembled the tent incorrectly. Follow the instructions closely. When assembled correctly, the supportive poles fit into the base (poles) of the tent.My granddaughter simply loves her teepee and always has stuffed animals inside.

You put the poles in when you set it up. It doesn't collapse if the poles are in. The poles are very thin and prone to breaking.
