Yes, this injector will work with the 3 listed products. According to the specifications of the MikroTik devices, the maximum power consumption for the devices is as follow: the mAP lite is 3.5 W, the hAP ac² is 16 W without attachments or 21 W with, and the RB951G-2HnD is 7 W. This injector kit comes with a 30 watt power supply, so if you are worried about going over 30 watts with the connected devices then I would recommend using a 24 volt power supply with more wattage available.

Yes, the Openmesh OM2 AP does require 24 volts passive PoE. The maximum wattage under a heavy load is 10w, but under normal load the AP consumes 7w. You could power up to (4) OM2 Access Points from this powered injector. No, according to the datasheet for the UAP AC PRO it takes 802.3af/at POE; not 24V passive.
