Decent little insoles
These insoles seem very good if they fit your shoes. I didn’t check and these were far too small for my size 7 boots. They seem very adhesive but can be removed if required to get them in the perfect position and a very reasonable price. Would have been ideal if they were bigger

What planet is this size 5 on??
Totally the wrong size. Supposed to be size 5 but certainly far too small, perhaps a childs 5.As it cannot be returned apparently I am totally dissatisfied.

easy to cut down.
will do the job nicely. cut them down as support for a pair of heeled boots. tick!

Really uncomfortable
These just seem to fill your instep and have no gel under the ball of the foot. Very strange and there is no way that I could wear them. Not for me.
