Bought for a disabled friend experiencing difficulty getting mobility scooter out of front door. She now has far less problems as it is easier to handle this ramp as it is relatively light and folds to a storable size. Recommended.

This ramp is substantially made of strong lightweight metal and folds to a small suitcase size with a carrying handle and locking pins. It is about 2' 6" wide and about 2 feet long with guide rails at the sides. I use it to get a 22 stone mobility scooter in and out of a shed with an 8 inch step daily. It has a slightly angled lip to accommodate the rise.The weight of the scooter prevents the ramp from slipping. There are two screw holes in the lip for permanent fixing. I simply fold it up after each use, which takes seconds. Originally I thought I would need a longer ramp to accommodate the height of the step, but this works fine. A very good product.
