Dont waste your time with other brands
Last one we purchased lasted like 10 years heavy use, this one has the same quality, its for commercial use.Get it install it and forget it (just save the emergency key to open door)

Like the modern somewhat commercial look to these.
Installed these to replace old beat up brass finish privacy knobs. They work great so far and were easy to install. I like the look and the easy of opening the door with my forearm if my hands are full. The way the end of the lever points in lessens the chance of catching clothing and purse straps on them.They come with strike plates that are longer and a thinner shape than the ones from my old round knob sets. Since my house is not a commercial enterprise, I ordered Prime-Line Products E 2457 Door Strike Plates to use instead so I wouldn't have to cut into the door jam trim. The combo makes installation easier on older doors.The only con is the circular button with hole to release the privacy lock on the outside makes them look less clean and slick than the passage levers F10CS. I'm not sure how they could have designed around it.

Easy to install
This door handle was very easy to install, being my first time ever to change one. It's pretty heavy and seems to be of a strong material, and looks durable. Good buy!

Fulfilled an ADA inspection
Hard to find push button privacy locks. Works great!

Lever would not turn freely.
The item I have received must be defective. When firmly attached to the door, the lever would not move freely. To allow it to move freely it wiggles in door. After installing it I went on 3 weeks vacation, then I realized it is be defective I noticed their return policy was very short.

Lock fails in less than two months in commercial setting.
Easy to install but locking mechanism wears out quickly with normal commercial/customer use. Installed early October, having to replace in late November because lock no longer stays locked from outside.
