Actually challenging
These are so much better than other resistance bands I’ve used. They are actually challenging which I love and they don’t slip or roll which is why I stopped using bands for a while. These are really amazing to have now that the gym is closed.Edit: be careful using these on your bare skin. I usually wear long pants when I use these but was wearing shorts one day and got pretty bad brush burns from these.

Best resistance bands!
I was a little skeptical about buying these due to rubber ones in the past always rolling down while working out. I will say these don’t roll down at all. They work so good and no problem w/thick thighs.

I wish I knew these existed years ago
I am supposed to use resistance bands for my physical therapy, but I abhor they way they feel. I like shorts, and having that rubber touch the skin on my legs is awful. The sounds they make are also awful, and they way they fold and wrinkle and you can't get them smooth. So I don't use them.Until now. These bands are soft fabric. They can touch my bare skin. They don't make noise. They are nice and wide, and don't wrinkle or fold in half on their own. I've only used them a couple of times, but I am super impressed. I only wish I had known about them years ago! And they are reasonably priced. I am really going to try to incorporate these into my semi-daily PT exercises.

Lengths 16", 14", & 13" but can't be compared to latex sizes...THESE ROCK!
I have to say that it really is annoying when people constantly ask the length of the bands and people say "ones longer and another is shorter." So, for those of you wanting to know here are the lengths below. This is not the circumference (all the way around). If you are looking for bands compared to Beachbody or other programs, trust me, the length (diameter) on these do NOT compare to those but should not be judged the same either. Cloth bands are stronger and require more effort to stretch so they can be longer if resistance is higher. With that said, the QUALITY is much better with these. Beachbody bands are generally 10" in diameter. If those aren't enough resistance, look for 9" latex or try these for the booty work. I did not purchase the 80 Day Obsession bands because I had bands from doing Asylum. The colors and resistance are NOT the same but the length is; however, I just put my nail through my green band so I have had to shop for others to replace that one. I only had a yellow and green so I looked for others.Things to pay attention to: I bought a set of bands when I purchased these. They help on some moves because they were longer (12"). I didn't realize that at the time of purchase nor realize it mattered. I do now. If you struggle with some moves I would get a set of 12" and then find a set of 9" or 10". However, when it comes to thighs and butt moves, the latex bands don't cut it for me at any weight. They are too easy and it's SUuuuuuper annoying that they roll. It pisses me off during my workout and the whole point of working out is to be happy...to me at least. So, I purchased these. These bands do not roll what so ever. They are incredibly sturdy and have really good resistance. I prefer these over the latex. However, each band is a different length. The different length is the resistance difference between them for the most part which is fine when comparing the largest purple to the medium pink. Depending on how tired I am or how much into moves I'd like to go will depend on which of the two I use. The turquoise/powder blue or whatever color you wanna call it. Baby teal? Whatever. The blue/green one is TOO difficult to use for me. Perhaps if I really wanted to use it on my thighs and it'd be super tight but there is very little resistance so this would be better for a leg lowering move that doesn't require a stretch, just pushing against it. The problem with that is it is a smaller band so you aren't pushing your legs out much and for this reason I find this band to be useless. Maybe I'll find a better purpose for it but it just doesn't work for me. It's too difficult because it's heavier and smaller. If it was the same size as the other two it may be better but then I'd be curious if its the same weight. With that said....don't let the sizes of the other two turn you away because they are awesome for squats and booty work. The moves with bands on your feet or ankles or those where the band needs to stay snug around your feet....these aren't for those moves. The latex bands work best for those. The smaller band doesn't stretch enough for those nor sit snug enough with both feet. All that said.... I am very happy with this purchase. I wish all bands had this type of resistance and sat firmly without rolling. Wish they made skinnier ones...perhaps they'd do better like the latex ones. Something to think about.Purple: 16"Pink: 14"Powder Blue/Green: 13"
