defective bulb, horrible customer service from Technical Precision
The bulb was nonfunctional/broken when received. Unfortunately I installed it a couple weeks past the return period so my only recourse was to contact the seller directly. The seller (Technical Precision) promptly responded and refused to send a replacement for their broken item, hence this negative review. Proceed with caution as Technical Precision values a few bucks more than a good reputation.
